Executive Suite – Ronald Hodges
Ronald Hodges is the CEO & Managing Director of the Crestway Group. Mr. Hodges oversees the daily operations for the Crestway Group responsible for the firm’s major client relationships, vision, mission, market expansion, division operations and revenue growth. Mr. Hodges leadership and experience span over 30 years of in the insurance, banking, financial services, higher education, and regulatory sectors in the private, Federal, state and local government space.
Our leadership and management team have a clear vision of the present and future for the Crestway Group (CWG). The CWG is focused on placing our clients at the center of everything we do in operating the firm to profitable growth. How the Crestway Group does business with our client focused approach is just as important as what we do. The Crestway Group leadership and management team is guided by strong ethics, governance, sustainability, and risk management practices that are core to who we are as a company to help our clients in planning for better futures.
Management Team
Elgin Edwards – Enterprise Risk Management Division
Elgin Edwards is responsible for the day to day operations of the ERMD. The ERMD is a group of highly specialized risk management professionals and partners engaged in enterprise risk management engagements. Ronald Hodges directly works on and oversees key major risk management engagements in the Enterprise Risk Management Division (ERMD).
Chris Wilson – Industrial Lines Division
Chris Wilson is the Industrial Lines Division Manager for the Crestway Group. Mr. Wilson and his team are responsible for working with the firm’s major industrial client relationships.
Rodrick Taylor – Business Lines Division
Rodrick Taylor is the Business Lines Division Manager for the Crestway Group. Mr. Taylor and his team are responsible for working with the firm’s business and commercial client relationships.
Candy Mitchell – Personal Lines Division
Candy Mitchell is the Personal Lines Division Manager for the Crestway Group. Ms. Mitchell and her team are responsible for working with the firm’s personal client relationships.
Richard Hernandez – Surety Bond Lines Division
Richard Hernandez is the Personal Lines Division Manager for the Crestway Group. Mr. Hernandez and his team are responsible for working with the firm’s surety and fidelity bond client relationships.
Lisa Hardwood – Investment & Wealth Management Division
Lisa Hardwood is the Investment & Wealth Management Division Manager for the Crestway Group. Ms. Hardwood and her team are responsible for working with the firm’s surety and fidelity bond client relationships.
Jennifer Nelson – Customer Service Manager
Jennifer Nelson is our Customer Service Manager for the Crestway Group. Ms. Nelson keeps all the connections moving in the right places and her team is responsible for working with the customer service related matters such as billing, policy corrections, customer follow-up and more.
